2020年12月29日，BC省科技試點類專案(Tech Pilot Draw)依舊保持在80分，獲邀人數從92人降至58人。

疫情當前，卑詩省省提名目前每週都會進行一輪省提名邀請，普通技術移民專案和技術試點類專案交替進行。
技術試點專案候選人在申請時必須擁有指定的29項職位之一的一年有效工作機會。申請時，這份工作至少需要120天的剩餘時間。

獲得BC省省提名的快速通道候選人將在快速通道系統CRS評分中獲得600分的額外加分，直接保證在在下一輪的聯邦快速通道抽籤中獲得邀請函。
目前為止，2020年BC省已進行了28次技術試點專案抽選，平均每兩週一次，從未間斷。
卑詩省省提名辦公室目前仍舊正常上班，並且正常接收線上申請。
如果申請人現狀不符合申請條件，請不要貿然進行申請，造成不必要的麻煩。
